Paper specifications

Submitted papers must follow the specifications given here. By using the template (Word) you will automatically meet the required guidelines below.

• Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11")
• Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references
• Paper formatting: single spaced, Times New Roman 10pt font
• Margins: Top - 0.75", Bottom - 1.0", Left & Right - 0.63"
• Do NOT page number your paper
• File Format: PDF only
• Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file
• Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
• MOST IMPORTANT, your PDF file must be IEEE Xplore-compatible.

Important Note: Any deviations from the above guidelines will result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.
